I've been working with Jillian for four years now, and I can't imagine what I would do without her! She's a hair color expert and knows exactly how to treat my difficult-to-maintain color. She is also meticulous with haircuts. I get compliments from many people and I always feel confident about my hair. She takes time during appointments for clients to articulate exactly what they want, and she always ensures that her clients are happy with their hair cut/style/color. Beyond her expertise in coloring and cuts, she also does texture treatments like Brazilian blowouts. I appreciate that she's always willing to take extra time to style my hair exactly how I'd like it even if she has limited time before the next client. She's the best! Haven is also a really nice salon with great Davines hair products.

Jillian is the very best! She does such an awesome job with my hair always, both cuts and color. She is so personable and easy to talk to, she makes the whole experience very comfortable. I also really like the Haven Salon location and atmosphere! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

When I first went to Jillian Sherman, it was the night before a big time job interview. It was in REALLY bad shape. She did a color correction and had to cut off several inches just to get it looking healthy. I had already been passed up on one job interview and I knew that it was my crazy hair so I was counting on her to be the person who could turn it around for me. When she turned the chair around, I sobbed. I was a young single mother who had been working hard and neglecting myself. I barely recognized myself. I felt beautiful for the first time in years.nnWell...I got the job...and 10 years later I won’t go to anyone else. She helped me gain the confidence I needed to move forward and find incredible success in life.nnNot only that, but she has introduced me to many people over the years who have contributed to my desire to participate more fully in self-care. Massage therapists, aestheticians...she is a well connected professional who is dearly loved by our community.nnIt all started with that one emergency appointment. I’m so thankful for her!!!!!
