They service is very poor I ask for knotless braids they did them some briads were bigger than the others they didn’t braid my ends down like they were supposed to they are very rude! I would recommend going to Cecile

Very poor customer service when booking. Provides the same braiding skill and business style you will find elsewhere in this area; not worth the rudeness.

Worst experience at a hair salon I have ever had in my entire life. My head is still throbbing in pain from how tight these braids are. Them speaking another language wasn’t a big deal at all until they began yelling over the phone. So loud. Calling people back to back, yelling, and taking her anger out on my poor scalp. So unprofessional I honestly don’t understand how they have any good reviews. She could have gotten done with my hair a lot sooner but chose to stop and take phone calls, stop to eat (smacking her food right in my ear) didn’t wash her hands to continue the braid she was on. Stopping every time her conversation got juicy. No air condition so I was sweating. The Tv was even in another language so if you go prepare to feel alienated. Or just don’t go at all unless you want damaged hair and scalp. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
