Sam was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I'm was super nervous about getting my hair done for the first time in over three years and Sam made me feel so comfortable right from the beginning. She has you fill out a questionnaire of what you want for your hair and made sure we were on the same page before she did anything. She told me what she was doing before she did it each time and explained why. She also takes health and safety very seriously during the pandemic. I seriously can't wait to book another appointment and recommend her to anyone!
I’ve had my hair cut and colored by Sam for awhile now. She’s the only one who’s been able to do what I want. Highly recommend you give her a try.
