I have been going here for +3 yrs. It's very clean, they do a AWESOME JOB!!!!!!! All the ladies there are polite, amd do a fantastic job. I've come to like to get done by Samantha she is the greatest, she takes extra time to make sure you're satisfied with your cut and/or beard trim. I highly suggest her to anyone. If there were 10 stars I'd rate this place 11

I've been coming here for a while and I normally love the great haircut and awesome service that Brandi gives. Today I needed to get a haircut and so I had to take whoever was available and personally had a bad experience with Samantha K.nnI understand that maybe she was just having a bad day or something but I was very intentional about being really polite I had a couple pictures of what I wanted to try. I asked if she felt comfortable doing that and I emailed repeatedly that it's okay if not and that we could just do it was in the system. she said she was okay with it and then throughout their haircut she communicated that she had no clue what she was doing and I ended up with a mediocre haircut. Again I understand that maybe she was just having a bad day, just try to act like you care about your job.
I like this place. I have cowlicks. I have a head of hair that generally lays like the crumpled mass of a messy mophead. I received the best haircut I've ever had at this place. I am flat out amazed. I hope they took notes on how she did it so they can keep it looking this nice. And the lady that cut my hair was pleasant too. Pretty happy experience.
Sometimes I get a great haircut, and there's days where I wished I had never booked the appointment. It's a gamble either way.
