Great place to get your haircut. Staff are friendly and professional. They were able to fit me in, in a quick amount of time. This is important as I am an over the road semi truck driver who is only ever in the area for a very limited amount of time.
Absolutely amazing. Audrey absolutely blew me away with helping me with my thinning hair, gave lots of advice and an epic cut. The shampoo treatment with the massage chair and warm towels is truly heaven.
Usually fast and always friendly. I like how the computer system keeps what cut I like in their files so they know how I want it when I get there
Hair cuts have had some minor flaws, but overall it's a good experience. I recommend the MVP.
Brought my son's in, we were a walk-in, waited maybe 5-10 mins took my first son back my other son had to wait another 45 mins. When he was called back it took the stylist almost 30 mins. Total wait time was 1.5 hrs, when I asked why they didn't take my son's back to back, a certain stylist with purple hair quickly snapped at me and gave me an attitude that we weren't online check in. It shouldn't matter, you should do haircuts back to back especially when it's not an appointment salon. Both boys haircuts were very poor quality and the two hairstylists did not follow the clients request. Not going back!
