Excellent communication and very articulate service.
We've rented multiple units at this facility over the last year for varying lengths of time, and the management has always been courteous, prompt, friendly, and helpful. The facilities themselves are very well-maintained inside and out, secure, and easily accessible--even shortly after a snow storm! If we have storage needs in the Sioux Falls area again, we will definitely reach out to North Marion Road Storage!
Unsecure. Anyone can get ahold of the passcode and break into your storage unit and if that does happens she makes you responsible for the cost of the damages. Won’t insure you or even call the police when someone breaks in and it seems to have been happening alot lately as she keeps changing the passcode every other week. Too many people ACTUALLY living in these units to feel secure.
