By far the Worst KFC i have been to. If your lucky to get you food/Order right. Most staff attitudes i deal with could be a lot better. Like I'm sorry I came to your store and made you do your job right. Hope things get better soon.

The worst place in cedar falls! I went through the drive through at 630pm and it was a 20 minute wait for chicken so I ordered off the long john silvers menu thinking it would be faster but waited 20 minutes in line anyways!

After several visits I can conclude that service is slow. They're rude and rushing while taking orders, don't give a chance to verify but they make mistakes almost every time. The dining room is generally dirty and the tables have a greasy film all the time. I can't imagine how dirty their kitchen is. They can't even get the chicken right. I have yet to see anything close to crispy come from this restaraunt. Soggy and tepid is what you can usually expect from this place. I'm tired of being treated like an inconvenience at this place. If you want decent kfc, go to Waterloo. This place is trash.

The Saturday after Christmas I went to the Cedar Falls KFC. Walking in my shoes stuck to the floor almost coming off. I step up and ordered a 10 piece bucket . When I got my chicken home it was extremely cold and 2 pieces where the size of large golf balls and a leg that was 2 1/2 inchs long. The manager was to busy interviewing people at the front counter. I feel I was taken advantage of and ripped out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! That store needs a corporate review right away.
