15/10 service. Would give more stars if I could. Kim and Pat are wonderful people who will work with you to make your ideas come to life on various products. The best part is how they can switch from doing a handful of tumblers to a commercial/business size order of merchandise and swag. Pricing is always reasonable and they have great connections with their suppliers which helps speed up turnaround and production time!

I happened to walk in while searching for a gift just before they were supposed to close, thinking I would walk out with one of the lovely pre-engraved items they had on display. When I explained what the gift was for, within minutes... both lovely owners had designed a gorgeous, personalized cutting board for my little brother's first wedding anniversary. 15 minutes later, they presented me with the finished product at a beyond reasonable price. I left in such utter shock and amazement that I called just about every friend and family member I could think of to tell them what an incredibly wonderful experience I had. I cannot wait to return for my next gift. I cannot recommend Make Your Mark Customizations highly enough. I only wish I had a picture to share of the board- I was so excited that I forgot to snap a picture! Thank you again!

I recently ordered my company masks and quarter zip sweaters. Their customer service, communication, and product was phenomenal. I will certainly be going back for future orders and would highly recommend companies looking for custom merchandise look into Make your Mark!
