Dylan was such a cool guy. That alone is good but he was professional and educated in his work as well which made it great. If he moved to a different company I’d request he still be the guy who does the work. He was THAT great of a technician.

This company was great to work with! They had a electrician out to our house within an hour and a half of my call, without us having to request emergency service. They texted me with a picture of the electrician with a short bio when he was on his way, so I knew exactly who was coming to my house. They were extremely thorough in determining the problem, explaining my options, and reiterated that our safety was their #1 priority. They offered financing, and the electrician wore a mask throughout his visit. Would definitely use again.

Definitely would recommend Superior if you like paying 3 times the competition. I received a quote for a list of minor items that totaled almost 10k when 2 other reputable local companies quoted under 3k for the same work!

Electrical panel was torn from house due to the tornado that came through Fultondale 01/25/21. They were very responsive and got everything ready for Alabama Power to restore lines. Very reasonable in price and Randy was great to work with.
