Excellent service. Employees were all very friendly. We didn't have to wait long at all for our order. I have nothing except great things to say about Zaxbys in Jasper Alabama and I have already visited this Zaxby again since this review& I will b returning more frequently Good food. I am sure u will not b disappointed if u choose to eat
Only ever had one problem with my order where my food was swapped with someone else's.nOther than one mishap that they handled very well; I always have a good quick and easy time going through their drive-thru.nI like to order ahead with the Zaxby's app to just say my name and get my food without taking too long, which has been a nice bonus.
I ordered the boneless wing box. And I asked for the original. Trust me this isn’t original! It has the smell off hot sauce and they taste real hot. I called and the woman said I’d have to take it up with DoorDash. I asked her if she was saying they switched my order? And her reply was no I’m not but we make the order the way we receive it. She was no help and she was RUDE.
It's pricey but pretty good..tongue torch for the win
I adore this spot! They offer first-cleass meals, their menu is nice, The cook in that restaurant is a real pro, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.
