It's particularly Loves truck stop, very busy all the time. The drive thru is confusing with all the traffic and construction n the building. BUT still fairly quick gett6orders out the drive thru.
This location was EXTREMELY slow! We waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before our order was taken. The cashier however was very friendly and professional. We waited at the window another 10 minutes only to receive cold fries and an incomplete order. We did tell the cashier that some of our order was missing and she did tell the kitchen staff to replace it. This causes another 3 minute wait.
It was very busy, we were bout7th in drive thru but they served us pretty quick. Frindly personal.
Sub standard service and customer service not a Carr in the world for doing there job right. Order food and drinks along with other customers and when they messed them they treated like dirt for asking what we paid for. The cashier got mad she had to fill drinks and messed up 2 out 3 of the orders when asked to do it. Avoid this place if you can
I loved it. Some really good food.
