Bc my tax preparation tech acted like he didn't know what he was doing. He asked me if he should delete stuff instead of founding the answer. He seemed very unsure about everything

Wouldn’t stop calling me Ma’am but refusing to have a coherent conversation, one of them screamed at me and then the manager said it wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t have an attitude. There was no resolution made for what I went in for.
