Service was fast. The tax professional that assisted me was friendly and efficient. My only negative feedback would be the amount I was charged for preparation which was $843.00 both this year and last year. I heard from a friend that Jackson Hewitt had a promotion out stating that they would not be charging over $150.00 for preparation this year due to the pandemic. I haven't personally seen it but it would be better if it were possible.

Dont believe the $179 add to get your taxes done. I have simple taxes and they charged me almost $600 dollars to do my taxes. Made feel as I had to use them and sign paper work. Now I can’t even get a copy of tax papers nor do I have my tax money after a month after filing. I will never use again very unhappy.

Lyndsey is the Manager in the Jasper, Al location and has prepared both my Husband and mine as well. I appreciate her keeping up with current changes. I find her to be professional and Knowledgeable.... Jackson Hewitt should be proud. Thank you.

Been using these guys for 5 yrs this store only two but for 5 yrs total there pretty great!!!
