Friendly service.! Was thorough and quick when Christi filed my taxes. She got me the most back at a fraction of the cost

Do not go here! There are people working that do not know tax laws and just make up stuff. Is the sale of a secondary home taxable? According to them, no. They also filed my parents taxes AFTER they left the business, saying they’d like to first go home and think about it. Smartaxx did not have permission to file the taxes! Also apparently if you go there to get an ‘expert’ opinion, they refuse to give you back your W2’s, 1099’s, and notes that you brought to them. I DO NOT recommend this place.
