Pathetic customer service. Can not get a 3 meal order correct no matter how many times it's repeated. Once the food was shoved out the window into our hands the woman never looked back. We were short a drink and fries. It was another 5 minutes sitting at the pick up window before anyone looked up at us. This is our local restaurant that sits on an interstate. These people are giving tourists a bad impression of the locals. Such a shame.
Food quality is great. Service is very poor. Normally on a monday morning the breakfast rush would slow things down at most restaurants. But for a Burger King to be a ghost town on monday morning, 15 minutes for two bacon kings is unacceptable. Employees were talking about a crew member being in the bathroom too long, though there were at least three others wandering about. I hope in time this issue will resolve itself as the quality of the food is higher than other burger kings.
15 minutes for nuggets and onion rings. 6 people in the kitchen. Manager on duty. No sympathy. No apology. The ghetto. Did I mention it’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
I love the DEALS AND THE WAY the burgers are always fresh and great customer service..no long wait..
This burger king use to be great but this location gives us mystery whoppers as we never know what's going to be missing on my whopper burger.
