I’d like to start this by saying..I have never wrote a bad review in my life. I have worked in customer service for 9 going on 10 years. I personally worked at Starbucks for 5 years prior to my career. That being said, worst experience I have ever had!!! Whoever stocked for the shift on 03/27/2021 around 6pm really should be replaced for lack of effort. I asked for a tomato and mozzarella sandwich, then a turkey and pesto sandwich, then a ham and Swiss croissant, then chocolate madelines. All of these things were unavailable. Then I asked for two cake pops and was only given one. I’m not even sure if I was charged because I refused the receipt trusting the cashier, against my better judgment. Knowing how Starbucks works, I know that you are suppose to replace items as they are sold so that they are available for the next person who asks. Even in the afternoon, especially for a corporate Starbucks. That was a ridiculous experience. Do better, you guys!

I do not like to leave negative reviews, BUT this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive-thru takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Once I am actually able to get my food or drink it is cold and/or melted. Not worth the money or effort to go here anymore. The staff is nice, but something needs to be done to improve this location.

In line waiting for my drinks workers standing there while one or two workers trying to get everything out as quickly as possible waited 25 minutes to get my hot drink that wasn’t hot ... and a gift card that they gave to a couple of customers before me.nIf you make a drink and I understand busy make it right don’t make ppl wait for a half done drink....

The crew is always nice and my order is always right. Only one time it was wrong, I went inside to order and the music is so loud + wearing a mask it was hard for the cashier to hear me, and I think she was new. The drinks and sandwiches are good, and they have gotten a lot faster in the past few months (used to be at least a 30 min drive thru wait, but has been 8-15 the last few times I've gone).

Do not come to this location unless you legitimately have at least 30 mins to sit in a drive through. They’re absolutely the slowest location I’ve ever been to.
