Our order is wrong every other time we order, but they are the only game in town unless you want to stand around in Target. Please, please, please train the staff on the names and ingredients of the drinks. PLEASE.
They failed to tell us they were out of the cream she wanted and the whipped cream for other drinks. So we got charged for it even though they Altered it to what they didnt have and didnt say until it was done and we paid!
The young man who took my order this morning was rude he did not have a good attitude I understand people go through stuff but I don’t feel it’s an excuse I have worked in public service you treat people with respect no matter what.
Coffee was not made correctly. Always very busy. Slow service. But great customer service!
