MS. TRAWICK WAS GREAT!! SHE TOOK HER TIME AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE SHE WAS RUSHING THROUGH AND TRYING TO GET ME OUT. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ENCOURAGED ME TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS I WANTED OR NEEDED TO ASK. SHE MADE SURE I DOUBLE CHECKED ALL THE INFORMATION SHE ENTERED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ALL CORRECT. 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD USE HER AGAIN.
