The food was good but the cashier/ employee that took our order WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! I spoke to her she did not speak. When I was placing my order I asked her about a combo that I was not familiar with and she seemed to KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT IN A RUDE WAY. Our cups were overflowing with soda that we had to clean up. No ketchup was in the bags with 3 orders of fries. I don't think the cashier/ employee should be working with the public with the attitude she had with us. We're not from Selma,we're from out of town

Went at about 5pm on a Saturday night they only had French fries, cole slaw and red beans and rice as sides to choose from. I was the only car in line and my food still took about 10min to get ready. They didn’t put the cap on my red beans and rice so it spilled over in my box on my chicken and French fries.

Poor service and the Cajon Flounder sandwich did not compare to the Montgomery location. Sorry about the lees than good score Spence.

Probably the worst popeyes location in the U.S.nChicken is always luke warm at best, if you go past 5:00pm the chicken is guranteed cold. Always rude customer service. The drive to montgomery is worth it considering the quality. The quality is so bad at this location i’d rather have my dog eat it considering I paid $10 for something mcdonalds could do better for $5. Even my box was ripped in 3 locations, almost like a child boxed my chicken. The staff was too busy yelling and fooling around than providing even decent customer service. Wouldn’t surprise me if I got sick from eating at this place, more scared of e-coli than COVID-19. Watched the manager wipe her nose and handle someone’s food. Just great, if no stars was an option, this location would get it.
