Order carry out waiting parked in front door, nobody told us it was ready even tho they ask for phone number. Pizza was cold and made us sick, I'll never come to this location again. Unprofessional staff and rude.

Because that's what I want to get some something to eat from everyday for my birthday okay I'll let her know that I want a ride home because I don't have a ride to work on Monday morning for a ride home because that's how you get a ride to work everyday on the week off at 1000 o clock

So I had never ordered pizza from papa johns prior to this location, and this location has converted me to solely purchasing pizza from papa johns! My order was taken by the manager Raven Moody, who had the kindest disposition and manner that I have ever encountered. I just wanted to say thank you to the kind staff for keeping the store clean even during a global pandemic! The pizza tasted emmaculate and they were even super considerate enough to avoid putting mushrooms on my pizza, despite my life threatening allergy! Raven and his staff will never fail to amaze me with their hard work and dedication to the Papa John's chain and they deserve nothing but the upmost of praise and recognition. Thank you for such a pleasant and amazing experience! :)

I jus visited this location on 3/9/20 at 850pm and was told they were closed when the Sign clearly says open until 9pm and the doors were still open ...Hint if your closed at 830pm wen you stop answering phones and taking orders then lock your doors and turn your open sign off... Other wise serve the people who enter your store to get a hot meal...Thanks for being courteous.. Howeva I won't be back to this location...THAT'S UNPROFESSIONAL
