The food is great! The drinks not so much, they always taste watery. We eat here at least once a week. Staff seems to have a better attitude than in recent months. I know it's not easy dealing with the pubic when most people are so rude. So I'm always nice to them and appreciate their efforts.
I've been eating at this restaurant since it opened. The good quality of food and service was consistent until 2020. I don't know what happened, other than Corona interfering with business. Service speed is now terrible. The quality of food has dropped. Everytime I order something, it is given to me wrong or something is missed. I don't know if the people working are understaffed, underpaid, and are over worked, but has messed up and now I prefer McDonald's over Jack's.
The food is very good. The price is ok. I love eating there.
The inside and outside is always clean. The service is bar none. The main feature is the delicious food.
This place shorted me five biscuits and two chicken fingers I think they need better employees and better management.
