I need to ask questions about getting reservation/picked up on July 19 and no one is available on the phone to speak to. It says on the website you will start July 14th resuming bus shuttles but when I scheduled for July 19th it said unable to process...etc. Please advise! correct email is: [email protected]. Thank you and if you could please respond or email back I greatly appreciate the information.

I had a wonderful experience riding Groome Transportation!!! The driver Nicole was caring, friendly and a very experienced person in her field. She made the trip from Atlanta to Birmingham so steady and fast, and most important so safe and joyful. It was a very pleasant trip back home and I will be waiting for my next one. I will recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great. I had been traveling for about 5 1/2 hours before my shuttle arrived at its scheduled time which was 11:30. The driver actually arrived early and checked me in. He took my bags and put them on the van and escorted me onto the bus. He advised we would not be leaving for a few minutes so to sit tight. I must admit I was EXTREMELY nervous because it was pouring down in Birmingham which is where we were headed. The driver was a younger guy but sadly I don't remember his name. Once we were ready to leave he told us Good-morning and informed us of the rules as well as letting us know he would stop if we needed to use the restroom. Once the rain started my anxiety kicked in however, he drove perfectly. I felt really safe the entire way. He kept us updated with an ETA throughout the duration of the trip. Once we arrived he unloaded our bags and made sure we were in a safe location before he left. YOU CAN TIP YOUR DRIVER BTW. He definitely received one from me!

Used to get from The Villages in Florida to the Orlando airport. Can't beat the price, especially when you consider all the tolls on that trip. The driver arrived on time and was really a great personable guy. We enjoyed the trip.

The shuttle was right on time. the driver was friendly and did an excellent job driving. I work for a major bus company in the northeast and he was an excellent driver!!! Made sure I knew where I was going when we got to the airport and was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely use you again next year!!
