My husband and I ordered dinner at the Drive-Thru Wednesday night. We both had a 2 Piece Breast and Wing Dinner with Cajun Fries, Dirty Rice, a biscuit and large sweet teas. The fried chicken was good, as was the Dirty Rice, but that's it. The fries were inedible because they were so salty, and I'm not exaggerating. The biscuits were hard and were room temp (not warm at all) and they didn't put any requested honey in our bag, but I found some small packets of honey at home and after microwaving the biscuits with butter and drizzling with honey, they were pretty good. The tea was watered down and wasn't sweet. I paid $15 for this disappointing meal. There are plenty of restaurants in this area, but we CHOSE to spend our money at Bojangles. The service was slow, however, the cashier was friendly and genuinely apologetic. The professionalism she alone displayed is the sole reason for their three star instead of one star rating. Don't serve your customers anything that you wouldn't serve your own family!

I'm mad at Bojangles because they stopped doing the Regular chicken biscuits, not everyone likes spicy food

It 4 56pm Sunday. 1 car ahead of me. I place my order to a very moody girl. The car ahead of me has pulled down. I pay and asked to pull down. I order 2 tender fries mac n chesse n 2 bo berry. After 8 min another car pulls behind and they need me to pull right up on the other cars bumper so the other car can pay. I ask it been 8 min how long do I have to wait. The drive thur girl whom pulling me down say I don't know. .. wow.. it 2 tender n fries people a 10 min wait .
