Herman Wallace and the staff were exceptional. I had my doubts walking in but after meeting the staff and Herman made me feel more comfortable. Shirley reached out originally and took it upon herself to come by and meet me and make me feel welcomed as well. Thanks all!

Recently, my daughter was traveling from Tuscaloosa to the Birmingham airport and had some car trouble. She managed to make it to Premiere Chevrolet in Bessemer. They not only scheduled the car for repairs, but got her to the airport in time to make her flight home for Christmas. Upon returning to Birmingham, they picked her up at the airport to take her back to her repaired vehicle. She is now safely back in Tuscaloosa to finish her Senior year. So appreciative of their efforts, and the fact that we were still able to enjoy Christmas with her.nnThey also did a fantastic job of explaining and fixing the problem with her car. I just can’t imagine receiving this kind of service anywhere else. Great service, with above and beyond southern hospitality. You can’t go wrong with this dealership.

This time when I went for a oil change. The atmosphere was different. It took 45 minutes for them to do it and also . The stood in a circle praying ! I loved that ,I was shocked . They was praying talking about God , asking them did anyone have a prayer request. I will continue to go back .

My wife hit a dead deer and the insurance company wanted to total our car that we still owe a good bit on but this awesome place here worked their magic and got the price of repairs where it needed to be in order for us to keep our Blue Thunder. Thanks a million. For real we wouldn't have been able to get to work or anything if it wasn't for y'all being so great at your jobs

I literally came in just to test drive a Blazer and drove away with a new one. Herman was excellent with taking care of me and explaining the process. The finance officer was so detailed in making sure I knew what I was signing and all was understood. I will refer everyone to Premier!! The best car buying experience ever!!
