Don't care about their customers and lack common sense! If you end up with fraudulent charges against your account they'll help the person stealing from you! When i noticed the charges they wouldn't put a stop to the transactions because they still pending then after that it takes another 3-5 after filing the dispute against the transactions to hear anything while they charge you overdraft fees and send threatening emails and letters over the account being negative when it more their fault because they won't attempt to fix the issues in a quickly always get told to wait while the Thief gets away fraudulent charges should be stopped immediately making victims wait until transactions show as posted instead of pending before being allowed to dispute the charges only helps the thief get away
Ken Jones, the manager an everyone that works there has always been so helpful to me. Been using this bank over 15 years.
They told me they wouldn't count my deposit in drive thru
Their ATM rarely ever works.
Regions is the WORST bank!
