Waited 20 minutes for my 2 different subs. Asked for condiments on both. After waiting said 20 minutes I finally get my sub and go home. Opened the bag and found both subs with nothing on it. One of the people that worked there seemed very annoyed she had to work and was NOT friendly at all. Screwed up an order while me and the 15 customers were waiting for. Didn’t say sorry to the customer either. This was on 41st street in Sioux Falls. I will not go back to that branch ever again.
I was in your east store today. The food was fine but, one of the employees behind the counter had his mask under his chin. I almost left the store without ordering. I don't know your policy, however, if I go in again and see an employee without a mask I will not place an order.
got 2 medium new york steamers, $18. Pretty dissapointing for a $9 sub. Still starving, must have lowered the portion of meat sub gets bc its never been this pathetic before. Used to be a great sub now mostly bread.
Closet thing I can get to whiffers. Love the combo of pastrami and corned beef. The bread is just how I like it (a little firm) overall I would order again just got little soggy.
excellent!!!!! 1st time I had eaten at firehouse and it was great....food, service, everything!!! i had been refused service from Panera bread because I can't ware a mask due to a medical condition and went to firehouse on a whim. I was not disappointed!!! thank you!!!
