Moses Used Supercenter

My husband and I bought our first vehicles from Moses back in 2008 when we first got married. Fast forward 13 years and we don’t even live in West Virginia anymore (now in Cincinnati) and still return to Moses for our car needs because of the excellent selection of vehicles and exceptional sales experience!nMy husband bought a new Toyota in January and I was looking for a Jeep at the same time. I went to visit the Moses Used Supercenter in St. Albans and was enthusiastically greeted by John Melton. Although they had a great selection of used Jeeps on the lot, they didn’t have what I really wanted. Instead of pressuring me to buy what was there (which had been my experience at one of the many car lots in Cincinnati), John really listed to me and promised that he would keep a look out for what I wanted. John didn’t just keep a look out -- he updated me every week or so by text or phone until they got what he knew I was looking for. I drove in from Cincinnati last week to trade in my old car and drove off the lot with the a used Jeep that was perfect! The trade in and sale process was painless and efficient. Manager Dave S (who sold us our first cars back in 2008) also went above and beyond to make my most recent experience EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you Moses, John Melton, and Dave for being AWESOME! Awesome Experience! It was effortless to figure out truly what vehicle I needed. John W was great, personable, helped with finding used and even new. Trade in was easy, financing was also good! Only took few minutes. This is the second vehicle purchased from Moses in two years!

Steve was perfect to deal with. He made the process of buying 2 cars for our two 16 year old girls a great experience. He went above and beyond driving with us to other lots to see multiple vehicles. I went to Moses Used Cars to look and drive different cars so I could decide what car I wanted to buy. The salesman that I talked to (Sammy Williams) was very nice and helpful. I showed him the cars I would like to try and he let me drive them. I decided which car I wanted and he made out the paperwork and took them to be approved. It got approved and I really like that they included maintenance and got an extended warrantee at a price that I am happy with. Very nice experience.
