I was treated with respect and honesty during my purchase process. Ryan and Justin were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleased with my trade-in valuation. I purchased a fantastic Ram truck.nnMy one and only service has been acceptable. The minor problem was diagnosed promptly. Unfortunately the needed part was not in stock. (Oh, well).nnOne of my best car buying experiences.

I only give it a 4 because I have to leave my car over night. The service department has fantastic prices. They are so much cheaper than most other dealers. Update: I'm going to leave the 4 even though I have to take my car back because it's definitely not fixed. I'm going to have it towed.

Poor service for simple routine maintenance. When an oil change and tire rotation take nearly 3 hrs and the technician comes out and says it was because he was looking up cost for other issues. Driving the vehicle home, the car had a shake that was not present when going to the dealership. The tires will need to be addressed and balanced again secondary to their so called rotation. I plan on never returning to that dealership for service again.

Easiest buying experience I’ve had. The people are truly for the customer. Would highly recommend for your new or used car needs.
