I have used this Avis location for years and have never had a problem. The staff is great and even know me by name when I walk to the counter.
Cheryl and Sherri were very helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. Cheryl even double checked my reservation to make sure that I had received the best rate.
Great service and a quality vehicle! I rent from Cheryl and the Avis team each visit to the Charleston area, and during my 12 years of doing so I've always had an exceptional experience. The service (especially from Cheryl) is always top notch and the vehicles are always newer models, clean and well maintained. You won't go wrong with this location!! :)

Wouldn't take any other forms of payment other than a major credit card. Very inconvenient, couldn't rent the vehicle I already prepaid for. I did get a refund though.
