I can not say enough about the customer service I received this evening. My moms furnace wouldn’t light. I called and made an appointment if possible for Friday. I get 2 phone messages within an hour. All my fault I didn’t have my phone on me. Returned the call the “Rich” who would be out around 10. He then asked some general questions I had no idea about so I gave the phone to my son. He gave my son some suggestions, he went and “Shazam” it worked. When my son called him back to say thank you and to let him know how appreciative we were for the suggestions and what we owed him for his time. He said nothing, just let everyone know that we helped you out!!nnWill definitely use Royal Aire in the future with any HVAC issues we may have!!nnEXCELLENT service.

Rich and his partner (I forgot his name) are the A team. They were professional and informative. Answered ALL my questions and just were the best. I highly recommend this company. And the ladies in customer service are so nice. Everyone helped calm my panicked nerves and got me up and running in no time.

I'm somewhat new to the area, but I've never had to call an HVAC company before. See, my grandfather, Chuck Mesner, maybe you've heard of him, Navy Veteran, went through Vietnam, lost his teeth, quit guitar due to arthritis, could have been John Butler before John Butler was John Butler. Anyhash, he owned Mesner Service Company in my old hometown, best HVAC company in town, and my family has been in the 'biz' ever since. Well, not me, see i never felt the call... or the guilt... to enter the family trade. So i always had someone to call that could fix me up good... and free.nThen i moved to Keyser without a certified family member to mooch from.nThats where Royal Aire comes in! They're the Hometown, Family-Operated install and service technicians i rely on! When you need it done right, give 'em a call, you'll be treated like Royalty!

In a day when professionalism appears to be a thing of the past, Royal Aire disproves that notion by providing the exemplary qualities that one seeks in product and service. From the onset of Russell explaining his Trane products, to his recommendation to meet my particular needs, his service was outstanding in every aspect. His crew was very timely on date assigned, expedient in their work performed, and very professional in every aspect. In other words a fine tuned machine.

Russell visited our home and was very thorough with his presentation for our new heating and cooling system. His knowledge of his product was outstanding. His team of young men were without a doubt the most professional team i have ever seen at work. They cleanliness of the area when they were finished was amazing. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new system. We would recommend Royal Aire to anyone in need of a new system . Thanks for a great job well done!!
