Mineral County Fairgrounds

Went there for a rabies clinic and horse shows. Always clean but older facility.

Overpriced fair, all of the fair lost power this year,and the one ride I considered getting on with my son, smelled like burning rubber and then stopped working mid way through ride with people in it. They just tried it again instead of unloading the ride to be sure it was safe. I even overheard them sat it wasn't working properly.ud83dude2c Spend the gas money and go to DelGrosso's. This was my first time back in about 16 yrs. And now I remember why I didn't waste the money.

I grew up going to the Mineral County Fair every year. It's a great place to find old friends and the food is delicious. The fair grounds is also a valuable part of the community for events year round. Our trip there recently was to see The Wall of Healing, a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC. Fort Ashby should be proud of hosting this dispkay.

I never said I hated this place.nIt's a nice little fair.
