Brandon is an awesome exercise instructor. Workouts are well selected for each session. One leaves the gym with sore arms,abs, legs, you name it. It's fun!!!
Unfair and deceptive business practice. I am a member of this club (agreement number 212600xxx) for 10 years. 2 weeks ago I asked you do provide me with a copy of our agreement 222600xxx. They told me it got lost and unable to provide the copy of our contract. Therefore they decided to cancel my membership. Then they began refusing to communicate with us all together. Ignored emails, phone call not returned or hang up.nnWe paid membership due to this place for 10 years!nnThis gym misplace the contract, then retaliate us. No!nRetaliate yourself.nnYour tardiness is not my responsibility and there are no valid reasons to cancel my membership of 10 years.nnSuch a negative place.nnTherefore 1 star for horrible customer service. Reviewed by actual member.nnUpdate (2 days after cancellation): They are still ignoring our communication.
I am a cancer patient at Johns Hopkins visiting from Florida who will only be in the area for 3 months. My doctors have suggested that I continue to exercise. I asked the owner of Anytime Fitness if he could waive the 18 month membership requirement under the circumstance since they do offer a 3 month membership for college students. He refused saying 18 months or nothing. Thank you Anytime Fitness for your care and understanding.
Terrible management
My gym, my friends and great place to work out. Quaint and not busting shoulders with 100 other folks. Support this place!!!
