Dennis Stoika is consistently challenging and encouraging students to achieve their best potential. Classes are excellent self defense techniques in preparation of real life untoward events. As a life long martial artist, I can honestly say, his level of expertise is second to none. He promotes congenial camaraderie among all students. He is an outstanding teacher , role model and practitioner.

Awesome. Dennis Stoika provides excellent training using real-life scenarios. Challenging workouts, however Dennis puts a premium on training safely. Highly recommended!
