After a 15 minute wait we was seated then we sat there waiting again after another 10 - 15 minute wait while a waitress stood at another table leaning against the wall chit chatting away, we just finally got frustrated just waiting for anyone to even take our drink order let alone how long it would have taking to even put an order in we just walked out. But I will say while this visit was not good we have been there before and had wonderful service and the food was great.

Visited this location last night around 9:30pm and the hostess was extremely friendly upon arrival. We were seated directly in front of the kitchen where we could see her go inform one of the waiters/waitresses that she had a party of 2 to take care of. I could clearly hear the employee complaining and throwing a fit about taking care of us so the hostess returned and took our beverage orders. If you really don’t like your job that much then please find a job somewhere else. There was no need to make the people who basically provide you with a job feel uncomfortable. It completely ruined our mood but luckily we had an older lady take care of us and she was kind. Surely not the one who complained in the back since this waitress had been on her break when we walked in. The staff here clearly needs more training. Perhaps even better coverage as well. I have worked Food & Beverage before & that’s why experiences like this really bother me. Do not expect to make great pay when you’re not willing to make an effort.

Food isn't a problem. Service is. Total of 8 people standing waiting to be seated for 15 minutes plus. I just had carryout, but it wasnt until I heard someone ask why there were multiple people waiting. If there could be more emphasis on service this place would be much better. Otherwise no problem

The restaurant was good and the waitress was awesome that we had. She took really great care of us and the other employees. The store manager that was 6 months pregnant was horrible to her employees. She was yelling at them and got mad about something and stormed out of the store for about 45 minutes.

Ordered 2x2x2...the place was fairly busy (we waited 15 minutes to be seated) yet our food was COLD. The pancakes didn't melt the butter. The turkey bacon had a film. I wonder if the pancakes were nuked (I can't believe they were ever on a hot grill. Oan: The server was nice
