Decided to try this place because I was staying at Hillbrook Inn. This is the most expensive meal I've ever had, it was very tasty. The portions were good, I was almost too full for dessert. The menu varies weekly, so I suggest checking it out on their website prior to arrival. The menu I tasted was phenomenal, and had a nice variety of flavors to it. As far as the wine pairing it was necessary for me to go with it because I have very little knowledge about wine and wouldn't know what kind to order. If you're someone who's well versed you could skip the pairing and just order from the wine menu and it would cost about half of what I paid. My server was Ty, she was awesome and attentive. She noted that I didn't like sweet wines and changed up the wine pairing to adjust. I appreciated that a lot.nIf I ever find myself in this area again would definitely dine here again.
This place is a diamond in the rough. The service is exceptional and the chef is phenomenal.
