It's ok when you want a different pizza place and have the money it's gonna take to eat there (very expressive). But my order which I had been wanting so bad was messed up and I didn't have time to check or request it to be changed. So I ate it it was still good even if I wanted boneless wings instead of normal wings.
Normally service is good . This time, not too great. The cinnamon rolls were partially raw. I recooked the item in myself at home. You forgot to also give me my 2 liter Pepsi. Please check the orders before handling it to a customer.
Evening shift was horrible. Unfriendly, didn't feel welcomed at all. THE COOKS DID AN AWESOME JOB! But the front people were rude and we're unable to perform professionally under pressure in person and on the phone. Team leader has trouble interacting with co-workers and was belittling the cooks in front of customers. I believe the G. M. was in a meeting at the time. I'm willing to give delrio pizza hut a final chance at customer service. I wish the delrio pizza hut team luck and I sincerely THANK THE COOKS for their best efforts and patients. GREAT JOB COOKS!
Pizza hut staff is amazing. Always friendly
Great place for tasty pizza. Got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. The staff was friendly and observant. It has a nice feel to it. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.
