stay away of this layer office. they just want to stole your money. they stolen $2500.0 this last January. i was trying to get my brother out of emigration at El Paso Texas they promise me that they will help me to get him out, and i hired them and i sent the first payment using a cashiers check(i have proof of payment) and the day after my brother and his family got deported and i told them to stop whatever they were doing to the process needed, so i told them that i was willing to get half of the total payment that i made and just dont worry about the case anymore, and they said not that even he staying in Guatemala they will going to continue the process which they never did and i never got any call back or any other information about the case . I called them several times and never got a respond, from the office and the cell phone of Jacques. they were ignoring my calls at all the time but i called them from a diferent number and they did respond to the call saying that was an emergency with other person needing the same process . PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THIS OFFICE. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF WHAT ALL OUR CONVERSATIONS OF BEFORE I HIRED THEM AND AFTER THEY GOT MY MONEY SEE PICTURES WITCH IS RIDICULOUS BUT PEOPLE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO contact me ANY TIME.
