I went to get my daughter a 16 piece wing , the lady handed me the wing container with my receipt hanging out of the box covered in bbq sauce not a very pleasant visit whatsoever, especially after I found out they gave themselves a $10 tip. I did go up there the next day and it was made right by the manager that was there so atleast that was positive.
I hate when you don’t answer the phone not only that but when you guys hang up I don’t appreciate it
Made my order thru the app and came to pick it up once they said it was done and turns out it actually wasntud83dude22, still waiting for it to be done. Not a happy camper right now!
Terrible service. Pizza never showed up, no call, nothing. Called restaurant back after waiting for 1.5 hrs. Said they “tried to get a hold of us” WE NEVER GOT A CALL. Offered to bring pizza, but offered zero apology. I am so glad we get to eat cold, old pizza now at 11:30 pm with my starving 2 and 4 year old. Terrible customer service. No apology or compensation.
Called and made my order at 6:30 pm they said 25 min it would be ready came to pick it up cashier had us pull in parking lot then the manger called and say they do not have the crust I order been waiting on call in order for over a hour worst Pizza Hut in town....
