Walked in and was attended by a young girl and the owner. They measured me and asked what I was looking for, & my price range & within 2 minutes I was presented with choices! It was an amazing experience to not have to deal with searching & searching.nIn and out with a dress after a total of 20 minutes! ud83dude00

I love this store. They were able to help me find a dress for my niece's wedding. I went in at first and was overwhelmed, but after I told the sales guy what I was looking for, he was able to narrow down the selection and helped me choose a dress that not only looked great but I was able to dance in. He made a few alternations that made it that much better. Thank you!

Nice young girl helped me find a dress for my mother the first time we went, she found my mother a few to try on in her big size (4xl) and she couldnt choose between the two so we left so my mother could think it over.. the next day after my mother decided on a style, I went to the store again and the same girl helped me. She remembered my mothers measurements and the dresses she had tried on last time! Walked in and walked out with the one my mother had decided on! I didn't even have to look for it myself! It's an amazing little staff that treats you with great customer service! Will most definitely be returning! The most attentive experience I've had in formal dress stores.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS THEY HAVE THE DRESS YOU'RE WALKING OUT WITH!!!! AND DON'T TRUST THEM WITH ALTERATIONS!!!! I'm new to Del Rio. I went to Edwards to find a dress for my niece's birthday. Being a veteran of buying formal dresses I knew I had to buy in advance to allow for ordering. I found a dress and was told it would arrive within 4 weeks. I was elated because that meant I had two weeks to get the dress hemmed before the party which would be easy. Four weeks later I never got a call and decided to call to get an estimated time of arrival. I then come to find out my dress has been there for about a week and I hadn't been notified. Then they tell me the horrific news that the wrong size was sent! I rushed to the store and the owner told me to look at other dresses but if I didn't like any he would free of charge alter the dress a size down to fit. I didn't find a dress so he pinned the dress to fit me and told me it would be ready in a week. I was so relieved. A week later no phone call so I called to find out that he hasn't even started on the dress. Since there are no refunds and I paid in advance I had to pick another dress that I didn't care for. Worst part of it all I actually sent them business before they screwed me. Do yourself a favor and go to Laredo or San Antonio for all your formal needs!!!!
