Vanilla Bean Photography

I had photos taken June 8th, 2018 for my husband’s graduation. My mom got a package through Vanilla Bean Photography and was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the photos. Just after 5 weeks after the photos were taken, I messaged the photographer asking about the photos. She said that the two last classes had a lot of photos and it was taking a bit more time for the photos to come in. Okay, fair enough. I messaged them again August 2nd, 2018 almost 8 weeks after the photos were taken, and my mom had still not received the photos. Apparently the photos were given to the club, but my mom wanted them to be mailed to her. She responded saying she would mail them out that day. I messaged her again on August 13th, 2018, I let her know that my mom still has not received the photos, she reassured me that she was out of the state but had a flash drive with and would mail them ASAP and send me the tracking info. I messaged her again August 20th, 2018 and my mom still has not received the photos. She did not send them when she said she was going to. I messaged them again August 23rd, 2018 to see if the photos had been sent yet since last time we spoke she said she would send them. She replied back saying that since my name wasn’t actually on order that she could not give me any answers. I stated in the very first conversation that I had with her that this was my mom’s order but since she doesn’t live here that’s why I have been handling it. She left her phone to call, I tried calling but my call was ignored. I gave the number to my mom since apparently I’m not the contact person on the order. My mom did get into contact with her, but never sent her the tracking information like she said she would do. My mom finally received the photos after 12 weeks after they were taken. I’m truly disappointed how I was treated and how long it took to receive photos. Never once has she apologized for the inconvenience or offered my mom a refund or any compensation for the hassle that my mom has had to deal with just to receive photos. I wouldn’t get pictures taken by them. If I could rate zero stars I would, but you have to rate at least one.

Like the other review, I have not received my photos either. Contacted her many times. Each time she said she'd mail them but never has. Took the pictures in August 2018 it's now Jan 2019.
