The bar had a very laid back ambaiance to it. Bartender Kristina was especially great and very personable. Social distancing and face masks were enforced. Had a great time. Will definitely be back

Immediately cancelled reservations and left, a dump, wouldn't stay if free

A dump...stay away if something else is available. Bathrooms are locked. Washers/dryers are old and look rough. Night club on grounds...no quiet hours.

Super friendly owner. Nice beyond the call of duty. Sites are level and most have trees. Utilities are fine. Location is good. Highway noise was bearable for me. Wifi is slow and goes out occasionally, but is good enough for basic surfing but not for streaming. Cable TV only for long-term residents. Some of the permanent residents don't really keep up outer appearances and along with some overgrown weeds the place looks a bit run down. But I still had an enjoyable stay.
