The cashier was very respectful and let me tell you that my wife is battling cancer so all of her food needs to be well done. We always have to send food back to make it right and like always it comes out dry and burnt. Not here the food came out cooked and very good. I went back inside to tip the cook cause we didn't have to return our food and the flavor was excellent we will be back.

More than 2 hours and 15 for delivery when online ETA gave 45 minutes. Called 3 different times and each time was told food was on it's way. Called a 4th time and was told it was just leaving with the delivery driver. The manager was not rude, but unapologetic and took off 13 dollars from the 60 dollar ticket. Just terrible customer service.

I have usually had great experiences with Steak Express. My husband, on the other hand, has not. And tonight was a prime reason why. His ribeye steak was about half fat and gristle and undercooked. The last time we ordered, we were missing multiple items. I hope the Midland location makes some improvements soon.

Unfortunately, my experience has been great but my last visit was terrible. I ordered a steak meal with a basked potato. They didn't ask if I wanted it loaded. I assumed it came with bacon. Then I needed to place the same duplicate order..I get to orders with no bacon. When I called to place the order, they couldn't find it. Then the wait time for longer then expected. Not once we're we greeted, said sorry for the wait, or offered a drink while waiting as they have done in the past.

Placed my order over the phone was given a 15-20 minute time frame for order to be completed. Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was at the drive thru window for 9 minutes before I called to let them know I had been sitting at the window and not been acknowledged. On top of all that, my order was wrong, couldn't even get an answer when I called to let them know. Definitely a waste of 60$, never ordering from this establishment in Midland, they have terrible customer service and for the money to spend you'd think they'd get the freaking order right.
