Check your order before walking out. Drove in bad weather to get great pizza. Got back home to find out it was missing a topping.nAll I was credit was the one topping missing
5 stars to the young guy who noticed I was waiting outside for a long time. My order had accidentally been given to someone else with my name (who happened to show up to the wrong Pizza Hut by accident-go figure) at the same time I was there to get my order. I was in the parking lot waiting while my order was being made again and this employee went out of his way to make sure I had been taken care of. I wish I would have caught your name but I did want to say thank you and keep up the great customer service. That gesture alone made up for the 45 minutes I had to wait in the parking lot.

Has never once had an order ready for me on time. And after getting my irder, the whole thing was just lazily put together and falling apart
I told lady it was for delivery and she just rudely told me there was not delivery and hung up . Pizza hut is really losing its customer service
