I called for a consultation with Chris DeAnda and I spoke with his paralegal Lupita. She is very rude and unprofessional. She talks over you when you are answering questions and her tone is as if she has somewhere better to be. She seemed so annoyed talking with me and she kept huffing and puffing into the phone after every question. I was recommended this law firm from a friend but if this is how the staff treats you over the phone for a consult I can only imagine how they would treat you after you give them you're money! Get a new paralegal! One who has some manners!
