It was Thanksgiving day. With COVID, we had decided to stay home and do our own dinner. I was just getting ready to carve the turkey when my husband came up from the basement stating that the water heater was spraying water from the top. GREAT...it’s Thanksgiving and no one is open. We called Frisbees and left a message with the call service and within 10 minutes we had a call back. Within 20 minutes the plumber was at our house and 2 1/2 hours later we had a new water heater installed. The plumber was friendly and helpful and not at all disgruntled that he had to give up his holiday and go to work. We’ve always used Frisbees because we trust their technicians and service and this time was no exception. Thank you Frisbees and thank the plumber who gave us his turkey so we could have hot water! We had them do some electrical work for us and from start to finish it was a very impressive process. The free exploration visit was very thorough and answered all my questions. Then they were able to schedule us very soon thereafter. Once they showed up I thought the work would take a few hours....for the four items the two electricians were here for just over an hour! And all work was incredible satisfactory and they cleaned up. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible correspondence and communication. Took an 'emergency' billed rate over 36 hours to show up and was 'fixed in 5 minutes. However it wasn't fixed and I was stuck with over $200 in bills that the service manager tried to justify. Use anyone else if possible.

A technician came this morning to fix A/C Unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed within minutes. Technician was pleasant and informative. I was very happy with his service.nI have been very happy with Frisbees as my first (and only) call for electrical and HVAC needs.

Plumber was very rude, acted like he hated his job, and had no idea what he was even supposed to look at. Then he did not even look at where the toilet was leaking into the basement, which I specifically told him via the phone. He also left my tub dripping from the faucet after fixing that leak. Called them back and asked for a different plumber to fix the leak. The 2nd plumber was very nice and professional, however, he was 30 minutes past the time frame I was given and no one notified me. I had to call and find out. I was charged almost $500 for the first visit and did not even get everything fixed that I had asked for. Very frustrating.
