When finishing our basement, we had several electric companies come give us an estimate. My husband and I both instantly knew we wanted to go with Mr. Electric solely based on the amazing customer service. It was an added bonus that they were affordable. From the start, we worked with Kevin and he did a phenomenal job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Thanks Mr. Electric!

Ryan, our service technician, is outstanding! When Ryan arrived, I was immediately impressed by how polite he was in introducing himself and verifying with us what we needed. He took the time to listen and to look at everything we showed him. Ryan then walked us through all that he would do and why. One of the projects we had for him was removing an old security system box from an interior wall. We assumed that we would fill in the hole once the box was removed, but nope, Ryan took care of that for us; we just have to smooth over and paint when it is dry. Ryan also installed a kitchen chandelier and offered suggestions, which we happily accepted, about a new dimmer light switch for the lighting -- it is awesome! From start to finish, Ryan was professional and polite, and the work he did is outstanding. As a bonus, the phone conversations I had with office staff were equally pleasant and professional. It's clear that Mr. Electric seeks to go that extra mile,,,,,or two or three or more,,,,,in customer service, and they have succeeded! Mr. Electric will definitely be getting our business in the future. Thank you Mr. E and Ryan!

I highly recommend Mr. Electric. Ryan was easy to work with and he got everything done that I needed in my home to update the electric, which was a laundry list of stuff. He spent many days working on this project and he would not leave until I was happy with the work. I love having three prong outlets in my home and it is totally a home repair that I will enjoy for many years to come.

A+ rating. I'm a foreman at Blackburn Basement Systems in Sioux Falls, we hit some hidden electrical wires which put me at bit of a stand still. Called Mr. Electric and got a tech lined up for the following day which was great, usually takes a few days to get anyone out. The following day, and to my surprise Mr. Electric called asking if they could come 3 hours early. Kevin Butcher showed up and let me tell you he was a true professional. He walked into bit of a fiasco but he was a good sport and handled it well. I could tell he knew what he was doing an that put my mind at ease. One less thing to worry about. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Should the occasion ever arise again, I will not hesitate to call Mr. Electric. 5 Stars.

Awesome company to have do your work. Very professional, courteous and timely. Rick was our main technician and he was phenomenal!! He changed out some fixtures, installed some fixtures,replaced ceiling fans and got the big job done very well which was moving our breaker box and upgrading us from 200 amps to 400. Always wore his covers over his shoes as well which rates VERY HIGHLY in my book. Excellent business. Don't even look around for another that can be better or more professional! My wife and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks Mr. Electric and especially Rick! -Buchanan's
