This place is great. The staff are good to work with. It was really busy when we came, but the service was still excellent. Perfect place for fun with the family.
Western Bowl is Great Place to bring groups. Here at Troubadour Consultants, as tour operators, we always book WESTERN BOWL for our Amarillo Bound Groups. All of our groups leave smiling and give us the thumbs up for including Western Bowl in their trip package. Its a winner every time.
It would be nice if the lanes wouldn't tear up my balls every week during league. It would be nice to treat your league bowlers better since we are your bread and butter.
THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! Horrible customer service and understaffed. Don't book a party here and save yourself the headache. We ordered pizzas for our party and still have not recieved them and our party is almost over. The man working the register is so rude and mad because hes over worked but he still should not have put his finger in my face when i tried to talk to him to shut me up. Go to cinergy or anywhere else. Horrible experience and a waste of money I will never come back.
Everything was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We ordered food from the concession stand area, however, and it took over 45 minutes go get our order. It was crazy! The bowling was fun and their attention to the birthday party that was going on was superb.
