So I used this service contractor during a home warranty call for a light fixture not working. They showed up, pointed out I had the incorrect light bulbs for a dimmer switch (my silly mistake) and left in 5 minutes. Then my home warranty company sends me an email saying my junction box replacement had been paid and completed. Freedom literally fraudulently charged my home warranty company for fictitious work. Don’t trust people that are willing to lie and steal. I informed my home warranty company so they can pursue whatever legal action they need to.

The installer, Derrick, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and was extremely unprofessional, rude and he kept bringing up his political views, unprovoked. I might try Freedoms again but I will never work with Derrick.
