Worst pharmacy in town. They know you can't go anywhere else because they are the only place open past 8. First in line for 15 minutes before even getting acknowledged.
Do NOT UES THIS PHARMACY IF YOU WANT MEDICATION. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AT BEST. Try calling, wait on hold for 15 minutes then they hang up. Don't use this place save yourself the pain of expecting professionals, they are a joke. Not worth your time.
I hate Walgreens! I called to see if CVS would have a prescription in stock, and CVS Was honest with me. No promises and completely honest. I had all of my prescriptions transferred that second to CVS. I wont go back. Thank you for being so nice and upfront. I cant wait to start doing my health care through you.
I was couponing for the first time with the cvs app coupons and the Khrystal wasn't too helpful. I asked to make sure the coupons were applied and about my cvs bucks because they weren't showing on the transaction. She just said they are on your card. Had I know that and had been told sooner I could have used that on my next transaction. She could definitely be friendlier.
My sister gets out of the hospital and her pian meds were called in here. We walk in to CVS and were told it will be an hour till the meds are ready. So I explain we are going home to Andrews and my sister just got out of the hospital having had a knee replacement. She's hurting a good bit. Is there any way we could get them a little faster. One hour the lady says as she walks away! Come on people!!!!! Have just a little compassion! I wish I could give negative stars this is the worst customer service!
