Maybe CVS needs to come off that money and worry about hiring staff instead of building more stores. Either the people are extremely over worked and stressed beyond their limits. Pharmacy staff here are the best in town. Always super friendly, and half the wait of the Walgreens across the street.
The pharmacy staff is so great!!! I come here on a weekly basis and they know me by name! I've never had a problem here!
The pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. They had 3 cars ahead of me and it took over an hour. I rather go across town then deal with this.
Failed to clearly identify that they do not accept BCBS insurance anymore and still provided the prescriptions only to get stuck with a bill later that BCBS does not cover. Very deceptive way to increase their sales.
